According to Government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the
age of 18 years staying at the Hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers license, Voter
Card, Passport, Aadhar Card. Without a valid ID the Guest will not be allowed to check-in.
The primary Guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. Children above the age
of 10 years shall be charged extra if they occupy the same room as the parents as per the Hotel or
Resort extra-bed policy. Children below the age of 10 shall not be charged if they do not take extra
bed in the room along with the parents.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the Hotel. It will
be at the discretion of the Hotel management only. The standard check-in time is 12 pm and the
standard check-out time is 10 am. After booking you will be sent an email confirmation with the
hotel phone number. You can contact the hotel directly for early check-in or late check-out.
The room tariff includes all taxes. The amount paid for the room does not include charges for
optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These will
be charged at the time of check-out from the hotel.
Government ID’s are required during the time of Check-in. For Double occupancy booking, both
guests have to check-in at the same time. Visitors are not allowed inside the rooms. They can meet
in the lobby. The standard check-in time is 12.00 noon and the standard check-out time is 10.00 am.
Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and at the discretion of the Hotel
management and may also be chargeable. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be
directed and reconfirmed with hotel and may be chargeable by the hotel directly.
Up-gradation or modification
For any up-gradation or modification of the booking, the guest shall pay applicable
cancellation/modification charges. Modified bookings will be subject to availability and revised
booking policy of the Hotels marketed by MVG. The cancellation/modification charges are standard
and any waiver shall be at the discretion of the respective hotels. Number of modifications possible
on a booking will be at the discretion of MVG. Selective offers of MVG will not be valid on a
cancellation or modification of booking. Any e-coupon discount on the original booking shall be
forfeited in the event of cancellation or modification.
Pay at check-out:
No Pay at Checkout is allowed for hotels and resorts managed by MAC HOTELS LIMITED and
marketed by MVG. At the time of booking online, the guest may be asked to make partial payment
to guarantee the booking as per the terms and conditions of the booking.
The remaining amount needs to be paid by the guest at the hotel at the time of check-in. Guests
might be asked to pay in cash if the credit card machine at the hotel is dysfunctional or absent.
The Company follows free cancellation policy except super peak period from 22nd Dec to 5th Jan
every year, during festival and long week-ends. During these periods once the Booking is confirmed
by the Hotel or Resort, a minimum one room night charge will be deducted from the booking
amount paid if the booking is cancelled 7 days before the date the booking is made. If the booking is
cancelled within the 48 hours from the date of arrival of the guest no refund will be made by the
Hotel and resort. In case of “NO SHOW” no refund will be made by the Hotel and resort under any
circumstances whatsoever. If booking is cancelled before 7 days of arrival full refund will be made. In
all cases the service charges and government taxes if applicable shall not be refunded. In all other
cases free cancellations up to 48 hours of the arrival date will be made except service charges and
If the Guest plans to check-in at the hotel after 5.00 pm, they must inform the hotel in advance. The
hotel can release the room in case you have not checked-in by 5.00 pm and have not informed the
hotel about your late check-in.
Some of our hotels or resorts might ask for a security deposit of up to 100% of the booking amount
at the time of check-in; denial of paying security deposit, may lead to hotelier not allowing check-in.
Guests must pay full amount at the time of Check-out; hotel’s payment cannot be withheld by the
customer under any circumstances after completing the stay.
MVG shall not be responsible for any check-in denied by the Hotel or Resort due to the aforesaid
All the Hotels and Resorts managed by Mac Hotels reserves the right of admission.
Accommodation can be denied to Guests posing as a “COUPLE” if suitable proof of identification is
not presented at the time of Check-in. MVG shall not be responsible for any check-in denied by the
Hotelier due to the aforesaid reason.
